Logistics Management is the part of Supply Chain that plans, implements and controls the efficient and effective flow and storage of goods, services, information and resources in order to meet customer requirements. This would imply that every organization would have its unique flow and hence unique ways and means to manage its Logistics. We specifically invest in understanding and analyzing your existing set up which would be determined by Process flow, Financial planning, Customer demands, Product specifications, Delivery requirements etc. Based on this we would determine the most effective and efficient use of modal selection which would be the convergence of cost and efficiency.
